- I'm 37 years old and happily married. I moved from Europe to the United States in 2000, after marrying my wife who's an American citizen. English is only my third language, so please forgive a few spelling mistakes here and there and don't expect any brilliant writing. Since my main hobby is politics (of the left kind), i want to use my blog to give a progressive point of view on life in a conservative bible belt County (Cabarrus County, North Carolina) and on politics in general.
