It keeps away software programs that spammers use to automatically add a bunch of spam/ad messages as comments on blogs.<BR/>I agree it is a bit of a pain, but it's not a setting i can change, it is used on every Blogger blog.<BR/><BR/>Finally, I agree that they could use other revenue as well to fund the SCHIP program, I just think that using that as the only reason to vote against a program that will provide health care to millions of children is very stupid.<BR/><BR/>Thanks for putting up with the "wiggly word" :-)Thierry Wernaershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18425107349559674853noreply@blogger.com
