By not wanting to censure Privette, which is basically the official way of saying he's been a bad boy, all commissioners caved in to the few kool-aid drinkers that Privette still has.<BR/><BR/>During the October 2007 commissioner meeting all commissioners, except Privette of course, agreed to censure Privette. Jay White would write a motion to do so and it would be voted on during the November meeting.<BR/>Jay White even said “I’ve heard judges say one time is a mistake, two times is a pattern, six times is a history.”<BR/>Then during the November meeting he's the first one to propose to table the censure motion he wrote himself.<BR/>If that's not a reversal of position then I don't know what is.Thierry Wernaershttp://www.blogger.com/profile/18425107349559674853noreply@blogger.com
